Purpose

This Shipping Policy governs the preparation, dispatch and delivery of all products purchased through RideGear.eu. It forms an integral part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with our Refund & Returns Policy, Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

By placing an order through RideGear.eu, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Shipping Policy.

Nothing contained herein shall limit or exclude any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Scope

This Policy applies to all orders placed through RideGear.eu regardless of destination, shipping method or payment method, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Certain products, destinations or promotional campaigns may be subject to specific shipping conditions. Where applicable, those conditions will prevail only to the extent expressly stated.

Order Acceptance

Submitting an order through RideGear.eu constitutes an offer to purchase and does not automatically create a binding sales agreement.

All orders remain subject to review, stock verification, fraud prevention procedures, payment authorization and operational acceptance by RideGear.

RideGear reserves the right, where permitted by applicable law, to refuse, suspend, split, postpone or cancel any order at its reasonable discretion in circumstances including, but not limited to, pricing errors, technical failures, inventory discrepancies, suspected fraudulent activity, payment verification issues, carrier restrictions, operational limitations, legal compliance requirements or any circumstance that materially prevents proper fulfilment.

Where payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.

Order Processing

Orders begin processing only after successful payment authorization or confirmation of Cash on Delivery eligibility where such payment method is offered.

Processing times are estimates only and may vary depending on warehouse capacity, inventory availability, payment verification, fraud prevention reviews, public holidays, weekends, promotional campaigns, exceptional demand, supplier availability or operational circumstances beyond RideGear’s reasonable control.

Orders placed outside normal business hours may begin processing on the next available working day.

RideGear shall not be liable for delays resulting from security reviews, payment verification procedures or customer requests to modify an order after submission.

Product Availability

All products displayed on RideGear.eu are offered subject to availability.

Although RideGear makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information, stock discrepancies may occasionally occur due to simultaneous purchases, supplier updates, warehouse adjustments or technical synchronization delays.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, RideGear may, where appropriate, offer an alternative product, delay shipment until inventory becomes available, partially fulfil the order or cancel the affected item.

Customers will be notified where reasonably practicable.

Shipping Preparation

Orders are prepared using commercially reasonable procedures designed to ensure product integrity during transportation.

Packaging methods may vary depending on product characteristics, shipping destination, warehouse operations, environmental considerations or carrier requirements.

RideGear reserves the right to modify packaging methods without prior notice where this does not materially affect the purchased product.

Products ordered together may be packaged separately whenever operationally necessary.

Warehouses and Fulfilment

RideGear may fulfil orders from one or multiple warehouses, fulfilment centres, distribution partners or logistics providers located in different countries.

Accordingly, products included within the same order may be shipped separately and delivered on different dates without constituting incomplete performance of the sales contract.

RideGear shall not be required to consolidate shipments where separate dispatch improves operational efficiency or product availability.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods offered during checkout depend on the destination, package characteristics, warehouse location and operational availability.

RideGear may offer Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, Cash on Delivery shipping, economy services or any other shipping option displayed during checkout.

Not every shipping method is available for every destination.

RideGear reserves the right to substitute a shipping method with an equivalent or superior service where reasonably necessary to complete delivery without materially reducing the service purchased.

Shipping Partners

To ensure operational continuity and efficient delivery, RideGear collaborates with multiple national and international logistics providers.

Shipments may be handled by one or more carriers including, without limitation, Correos, Correos Express, CTT Express, Packlink, DHL, UPS, GLS, MRW, SEUR, DPD, FedEx or other equivalent logistics providers selected by RideGear according to destination, service availability, delivery performance, operational requirements or commercial considerations.

The selection of the carrier remains exclusively at RideGear’s discretion unless a specific carrier has been expressly contracted as part of the order.

RideGear reserves the right to replace any logistics provider at any stage before dispatch where reasonably necessary.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the delivery destination, shipping method selected, package dimensions, product characteristics, order value and other operational variables.

Applicable shipping costs will be displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

RideGear reserves the right to modify shipping prices prospectively at any time without affecting orders already accepted.

Additional costs resulting from incorrect delivery information, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or customer-requested shipment modifications may be charged to the customer where permitted by applicable law.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times displayed on RideGear.eu are estimates provided solely for informational purposes.

Actual delivery times may vary depending on warehouse processing, carrier capacity, customs inspections, transportation disruptions, adverse weather conditions, public holidays, security controls, force majeure events, seasonal demand or circumstances beyond RideGear’s reasonable control.

Estimated delivery dates do not constitute guaranteed delivery commitments and shall not form an essential element of the sales contract.

Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, delays attributable to third-party logistics providers shall not automatically entitle the customer to compensation, cancellation or refund.

Tracking Information

Where tracking services are available, RideGear will make reasonable efforts to provide shipment tracking information after dispatch.

Tracking updates are generated by third-party logistics providers and may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or temporarily unavailable.

RideGear is not responsible for inaccuracies, interruptions or technical issues affecting carrier tracking systems.

Delivery Address

Customers are solely responsible for providing complete, accurate and up-to-date shipping information before completing an order.

RideGear shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, returned shipments or additional expenses arising from incorrect addresses, incomplete recipient information, invalid telephone numbers or any other inaccurate delivery details provided by the customer.

If an order has not yet been dispatched, RideGear may, at its sole discretion, attempt to update delivery information upon customer request but cannot guarantee that such modifications will be possible.

Delivery Attempts

Certain carriers may require one or more delivery attempts before returning a shipment.

Delivery procedures, signature requirements, collection points and redelivery options are determined exclusively by the applicable logistics provider.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment tracking and complying with any instructions issued by the carrier.

RideGear shall not be responsible for additional charges arising from missed deliveries, storage fees or customer failure to collect a shipment within the period established by the carrier.

Partial Deliveries

Where operationally necessary, RideGear reserves the right to dispatch products included within the same order separately.

Partial deliveries shall not constitute incomplete fulfilment of the sales agreement and shall not entitle the customer to reject the remaining shipment solely because products arrive on different dates.

RideGear may complete delivery through multiple packages originating from different fulfilment centres.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery.

Where visible transport damage is identified, customers should, whenever reasonably possible, document the condition of the package before opening it and notify both the carrier and RideGear without undue delay.

Customers should retain the original packaging, shipping labels and all contents until any delivery investigation has been completed.

Failure to preserve relevant evidence may affect the carrier investigation process and delay resolution.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If a shipment appears to be significantly delayed, lost in transit or arrives damaged, customers should contact RideGear as soon as reasonably possible.

RideGear will cooperate with the relevant logistics provider to investigate the shipment in accordance with the carrier’s procedures.

Customers may be required to provide photographs, written statements, proof of identity, proof of delivery, packaging materials or any additional documentation reasonably necessary to support the investigation.

Where a carrier investigation is required, RideGear reserves the right to await the outcome of that investigation before determining the appropriate resolution, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

RideGear will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist customers throughout the investigation process but cannot guarantee the outcome of investigations conducted by independent logistics providers.

Cash on Delivery

Where available, RideGear may offer Cash on Delivery (“COD”) as a payment method for eligible destinations.

Customers selecting Cash on Delivery agree to accept delivery of the shipment and pay the total amount due directly to the delivery carrier at the time of delivery using any payment methods accepted by the carrier.

RideGear reserves the right to determine the availability of Cash on Delivery based on the delivery destination, customer history, order value, operational considerations, fraud prevention procedures or any other reasonable commercial factor.

RideGear may refuse, suspend or permanently withdraw Cash on Delivery privileges without prior notice where repeated delivery refusals, unpaid shipments, abusive purchasing behaviour, suspected fraud or other circumstances reasonably justify such action.

Customers who intentionally refuse delivery of Cash on Delivery orders without legitimate justification may be held responsible, where permitted by applicable law, for reasonable shipping, return shipping, storage or administrative costs incurred by RideGear.

International Deliveries

RideGear ships to multiple countries subject to operational availability and applicable legal restrictions.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import controls, security procedures, governmental authorizations, import duties, value-added taxes, customs brokerage fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, customers remain solely responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or governmental fees applicable to their order.

RideGear shall not be responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, documentation requirements or any actions taken by customs authorities or governmental agencies.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered may legally be imported into their country.

Refused Deliveries

Customers should not refuse delivery of a shipment except where the package is visibly damaged to the extent that acceptance would be unreasonable or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Where a shipment is refused without legitimate justification, RideGear reserves the right to deduct any non-recoverable shipping costs, return shipping charges, carrier administrative fees, storage charges or other reasonable expenses from any refund where permitted by applicable law.

Repeated refusal of deliveries may result in restrictions on future purchases or the permanent removal of certain payment methods, including Cash on Delivery.

Uncollected Shipments

Where a shipment is held at a collection point, parcel locker or carrier depot, customers are responsible for collecting the shipment within the time period established by the logistics provider.

Failure to collect a shipment within the applicable period may result in the parcel being returned to RideGear.

Where legally permitted, RideGear reserves the right to deduct reasonable return shipping costs, storage fees, administrative expenses or other non-recoverable costs before issuing any applicable refund.

Force Majeure

RideGear shall not be liable for any delay, suspension or inability to perform its shipping obligations where such circumstances arise from events beyond its reasonable control.

Such events may include, without limitation, natural disasters, severe weather conditions, floods, fires, earthquakes, pandemics, epidemics, governmental actions, customs restrictions, armed conflicts, civil unrest, labour disputes, transportation interruptions, carrier failures, supplier disruptions, cyber incidents, telecommunications failures, power outages or any other force majeure event.

Where such circumstances occur, RideGear’s obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the event without giving rise to liability for resulting delays.

Operational Flexibility

RideGear continually reviews and improves its logistics network in order to provide efficient and reliable delivery services.

Accordingly, RideGear reserves the right to modify warehouses, fulfilment centres, packaging methods, logistics providers, routing procedures, delivery methods or operational processes whenever reasonably necessary to improve efficiency, ensure continuity of service or respond to operational requirements.

Such operational adjustments shall not constitute a breach of contract provided that the purchased products are delivered in accordance with applicable law.

Carrier Responsibility

Once a shipment has been entrusted to an independent logistics provider, transportation is performed by that carrier in accordance with its own operational procedures.

RideGear will cooperate with logistics providers in resolving delivery issues but cannot control carrier operations, transportation routes, customs inspections, delivery schedules or operational decisions taken independently by the carrier.

Nothing in this section affects any mandatory legal rights that consumers may have regarding delivery.

Delivery Confirmation

Where a carrier records successful delivery through signature confirmation, photographic evidence, GPS confirmation, electronic confirmation or any other delivery verification method ordinarily used by the carrier, such record may be relied upon by RideGear when reviewing delivery-related claims, subject always to applicable law.

Customers who believe that a shipment has been incorrectly marked as delivered should notify RideGear promptly so that an investigation may be initiated.

High-Risk Orders

RideGear reserves the right to conduct additional verification procedures for orders reasonably considered to present an elevated risk of fraud or payment abuse.

Such verification may include confirmation of customer identity, address verification, payment verification, telephone confirmation or other reasonable security measures before shipment.

Failure to cooperate with reasonable verification requests may result in shipment delays or cancellation of the order.

Export Restrictions

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products purchased from RideGear may legally be imported, possessed and used within their country or jurisdiction.

RideGear reserves the right to refuse or cancel shipments where export controls, sanctions, legal restrictions or regulatory requirements prohibit or materially restrict delivery.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon Seller LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, carrier interruptions, customs procedures, transportation incidents, force majeure events, governmental actions or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

RideGear’s liability relating to shipping shall, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, be limited to the value of the affected order or the remedies expressly required under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Nothing contained in this Shipping Policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Updates to This Policy

RideGear reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy from time to time in order to reflect operational, legal, commercial or technological developments.

The most current version will always be published on RideGear.eu and shall become effective upon publication unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Website or placement of future orders constitutes acknowledgement of the updated Policy.
