Purpose

RideGear is committed to providing quality products and professional customer service. This Refund & Returns Policy explains the conditions governing returns, replacements, refunds, warranty claims and order-related disputes for products purchased through RideGear.eu.

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this Policy together with our Terms & Conditions.

Nothing contained in this Policy limits, excludes or replaces any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Contact Before Returning Any Product

If you experience any issue with your order, you must contact RideGear Customer Support before returning any product.

No product may be returned without prior written authorization from RideGear. Returns sent without authorization, incomplete documentation or shipped to an incorrect return address may be refused, rejected or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense where permitted by applicable law.

RideGear reserves the right to determine the appropriate return procedure, designated return address and preferred shipping method for all authorized returns.

Eligibility for Returns

Where a return is accepted, the product must be returned within the applicable legal period or within the timeframe communicated by RideGear.

Returned products must be complete, include all original accessories, manuals and components, be adequately packaged for transport and remain in substantially the same condition in which they were received, except where inspection is reasonably necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and functionality of the product.

RideGear reserves the right to reduce any refund where the value of the returned product has diminished due to handling beyond what is reasonably necessary under applicable consumer protection laws.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, RideGear generally does not accept returns for customized or personalized products, made-to-order products, products modified after delivery, products damaged through misuse, improper installation or accidents, products showing excessive wear, products returned with missing accessories or components not attributable to RideGear, or products returned without prior authorization.

This section does not affect any mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Change of Mind

Where applicable consumer legislation provides a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off period, customers may exercise those rights in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.

Outside any mandatory legal withdrawal rights, RideGear is under no obligation to accept returns based solely on a customer’s change of mind once an order has been confirmed, processed or shipped.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, RideGear should be notified as soon as reasonably possible and, where feasible, within forty-eight (48) hours after delivery.

Claims should include the order number, clear photographs of the product, photographs of the packaging, photographs of any shipping labels where applicable and a detailed explanation of the issue.

RideGear may request additional photographs, videos, technical information or any other documentation reasonably necessary to assess the claim. Failure to provide requested information may delay or prevent the resolution process.

Inspection Process

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before any refund, replacement, repair or warranty determination is made.

The inspection process may include verification of the product condition, packaging, included accessories, serial numbers, manufacturing defects, signs of prior use, installation damage, unauthorized modifications and evidence of misuse.

RideGear reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution based on the inspection results and applicable law.

Refund Decisions

Each refund request is individually assessed.

Where permitted by applicable law, RideGear may offer repair, replacement, replacement parts, store credit, a partial refund or a full refund, depending on the specific circumstances of the claim.

Approval of a return does not automatically entitle the customer to a monetary refund.

Where inspection determines that no manufacturing defect exists, or that the reported issue resulted from misuse, improper installation, accidental damage, unauthorized modifications, negligence or any circumstance excluded under this Policy, the refund request may be denied.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

RideGear is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, credit card providers or other financial institutions.

Shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, banking charges, payment processing fees and currency conversion costs are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Warranty

Where applicable, products are covered solely by the warranty offered by the manufacturer or supplier unless RideGear expressly provides an additional commercial warranty.

Warranty coverage does not extend to accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, incorrect maintenance, unauthorized repairs, unauthorized modifications, cosmetic deterioration resulting from normal use, consumable components subject to ordinary wear or damage caused by external events.

All warranty claims remain subject to inspection and verification.

Product Information

Product descriptions, specifications, compatibility information, dimensions, photographs and illustrations are provided for informational purposes only.

Manufacturers and suppliers may update packaging, finishes, colours, technical specifications or product components without prior notice.

Minor differences between product images and the delivered product do not constitute defects and shall not automatically entitle the customer to a refund or replacement.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility before completing their purchase.

Fraud Prevention

RideGear actively maintains fraud prevention procedures to protect customers, payment providers and the business.

We reserve the right to request additional documentation before approving any refund, replacement or warranty claim, including proof of identity, proof of address, photographs, videos, shipping documentation, carrier reports, purchase verification or any other supporting evidence reasonably necessary to evaluate a claim.

Claims involving false statements, inconsistent information, suspected fraud or abuse of this Policy may be rejected where permitted by applicable law.

RideGear further reserves the right to refuse future orders from customers who repeatedly engage in abusive purchasing, return or refund practices where legally permitted.

Chargebacks

Customers agree to contact RideGear before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute or payment reversal whenever reasonably possible.

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated, RideGear reserves the right to provide the relevant payment processor, acquiring bank or financial institution with all documentation reasonably necessary to defend the transaction. Such documentation may include order confirmations, invoices, payment records, shipment confirmations, delivery confirmations, carrier documentation, customer communications, fraud prevention records, transaction logs, return history, support history, IP address records and device information where lawfully collected, together with any additional evidence demonstrating the legitimacy of the transaction.

RideGear reserves the right to vigorously contest fraudulent, abusive or bad-faith chargebacks to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Abuse of This Policy

RideGear reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements or future purchases where a customer knowingly provides false or misleading information, submits fraudulent claims, repeatedly abuses the returns process, attempts to obtain products or refunds through dishonest means, engages in payment fraud or otherwise violates this Policy or the Terms & Conditions.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory legal rights available to consumers under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Falcon Seller LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of business opportunities, business interruption, loss of data, delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities or events beyond its reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Falcon Seller LLC’s total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing contained in this Policy excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Governing Law

This Refund & Returns Policy shall be interpreted together with the RideGear Terms & Conditions.

Where mandatory consumer protection legislation grants rights that cannot legally be waived, those rights shall prevail over any conflicting provision of this Policy.
